We want everyone to be able to use SimpleLPA with ease — here's what we do to make that happen, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our Commitment
SimpleLPA Ltd is committed to ensuring our website and services are accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.
What We Do
We have taken the following steps to make our website accessible:
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
- Keyboard navigation support across all pages
- Form labels, error messages, and ARIA attributes for screen readers
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios for text and interactive elements
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- Alt text for meaningful images
- Focus indicators on interactive elements
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas may not yet meet every standard:
- Some PDF documents generated by our service may not be fully accessible to screen readers
- Certain third-party content (e.g. Stripe payment forms) may have their own accessibility limitations
- Older blog content may not have complete alt text for all images
We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues.
